Our manufacturing client in Rochdale is looking to recruit a Handyperson to join their team on a temp to perm basis. Hours of work– Monday to Wednesday 8am– 4.30pm, Thursday– 8am– 5pm and Friday 7am– 3pm. Rate of pay -£13.50-£14.50 ph. Handyperson Duties– Perform mechanical repairs as required. Maintenance of doors, lights, and some wiring. Carry out general maintenance and repair work across the site ( Including machinery ). Assembling fixing kits for the products the company provides. Removing& refitting of company vehicle doors. Any other duties as required by the works manager.   Handyperson Role Requirements - At least 5 years’ experience within a maintenance / handyperson background. Maintenance mechanic experience is preferable. Experience as a joiner / electrician is preferable but not essential. Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations.
