This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong background in groundworks, civils, and infrastructure to take the next step in their career. Groundworks/Civils Estimator Key Responsibilities: Pricing and estimating general groundwork, excavation work, drainage work, and minor substructure concrete works Assisting in preparing tender submissions and cost estimates for groundworks/civils projects Reviewing and understanding project plans and specifications Coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain accurate pricing Working closely with project managers and site teams to ensure smooth project execution Assisting in the management of cost controls and budgets Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and best practices Ideal Groundworks/Civils Estimator: Minimum of 5 years’ experience in groundworks/civils/infrastructure estimating Experience with substructure concrete works, drainage, excavation, and general groundwork Previous experience with civils works and 278 works (not essential but advantageous) Ideally with some time spent working with a Main Contractor Subcontractor experience is highly desirable Strong attention to detail, with excellent organizational and communication skills Clean driving license is preferred Please apply online for this Groundworks/Civils Estimator position
