The school's ethos blends academic excellence with exceptional pastoral care, creating a welcoming, inclusive community.Graduate External Relations Officer - £24-25k An exciting opportunity has arisen for a recent graduate who would be interested in working for the head office of this school, with the role giving experience across fundraising activities, event delivery, data processing, alumni relations, Development and school lettings.  Alumni Relations: Support alumni engagement with participation in events Helping with running alumni events such as concerts and reunions including careers events Assist in organising alumni events and maintaining an archive of photos and memorabilia Promote events and news on social media Fundraising and Development: Assist with donor communication and retention, including implementing a regular giving strategy Provide additional support during peak times such as annual events, open days, and giving days Gather and manage data on the CRM to maximise donations  Ensure compliance with ethical fundraising practices Help implement a donor stewardship program to maintain regular contact with donors Lettings Support with faculty lettings for external groups Monitor the lettings inbox Support marketing with ensuring facilities are advertised  What do You Need? A 2:1 (or equivalent) in any subject Work experience and extracurricular activities during your time in education Excellent verbal communication skills An interest in fundraising and development The ability to take initiative and get involved Some prior experience of independent education and/ or educational bursaries would be a bonus Either a driving license and access to a car or based close to a train station with good access across Surrey
