We want ambitious graduates who'll bring enthusiasm, drive, and fresh thinking to help propel the business forward. You will undertake a series of placements lasting up to 12 months at a time and will undertake a variety of job roles and projects. This Could Include: Directly contributing to the continuous growth and development of technologies and processes used across the business Gaining an in-depth understanding of technologies used including Gamma, X-Ray, Electron Beam and Ethylene Oxide Obtaining exposure to equipment and control systems used in order to commence project management responsibilities come year 2 Delivering projects to help increase efficiencies Contributing to the development of lean and continuous improvement So What's Special About This Role?
