The company is experiencing rapid growth and demand, and want to turn this into an opportunity for a graduate to come on board to kick-start their career in the industry.Graduate Assistant Manager - ASAP Start  Receiving training from a supportive line manager and wider team, you'll quickly learn everything about the day-to-day running of the business.  The role will see you undertake a range of responsibilities, so if you are looking for a position to keep you on your toes, this should tick your boxes. You'll get up to: Buying and purchasing; liaising with existing and potential suppliers on stock levels for foodstuffs  Researching and sourcing potential new products/ingredients to sell Cost-checking, helping to drive profit Rotas and scheduling of staff Helping to line manage and support the team in both the central kitchen and the cafe sites Keeping on top of employee training needs and compliance  Jumping in to serve customers at cafe sites when needed and encouraging the team, all whilst taking in the beautiful Cornish coastline! What are We Looking For? Degree educated in your chosen subject Some customer-facing experience (this could be part-time roles in cafes, bars, retail, or anything else that would demonstrate people skills) Driving License, due to location of work Please note that this role is for an immediate start.
