Reporting to the Creative Director, the Head of Marketing will play a leading role in the creation, planning and implementation of a marketing strategy for SU Scotland. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Create a marketing strategy for SU Scotland Plan and deliver creative marketing and publicity campaigns, leading to increased levels of ministry activity Drive content marketing strategy around new online channels and Bible engagement resources Develop and manage the SU Scotland brand Provide ongoing marketing consultancy and advice to ministry leaders across SU Scotland Participate fully in the life and ministry of Scripture Union Scotland. WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR We are seeking an exceptionally creative individual who has demonstrable leadership and marketing expertise. Previous experience of creating strategic plans for marketing delivery is essential. The successful applicant will be able to build constructive working relationships across all levels of the organisation and have excellent written communication, editorial and presentation skills. For this post, it is important that you are committed to SU Scotland’s ethos, working principles and vision and can demonstrate this through your commitment and motivation. It is also an Occupational Requirement (Equality Act 2010 – part 1, schedule 9), that the post-holder is a committed Christian.
