Staffing Centre is recruiting for an amazing opportunity for a General Maintenance Officer to join an established Childrens Home based within Essex and Suffolk (max driving distance from Colchester is 45m). Duties/Accountabilities * To provide general maintenance service and identify any possible home defects (e.g. decorating, putting up shelves, replacing doors etc). * To work at the 4 homes (45m from Colchester) when required based upon company needs. * Performing ad hoc duties. * Creating maintenance plans. * Undertaking minor plumbing and electrical work. * Addressing general repairs within the homes when needed.
