We are looking for an enthusiastic Training Placement Student to join our team specializing in SupplyChain key processes that enable successful performance through our facility and network in UK, Daventry. The successful student will join our Training team and support delivering training and development programs associated with process capability. During your placement with us, you will learn how amajor global organization operates, gaining the tools and exposure you will need to become an expert in the industry and power your potential! This role is available to candidates who qualify for a placement year and will commence **7** **th** **July 2025.** **RESPONSIBILITIES**In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways: + Coordinates the logistical support required for delivering training and development programs, assists with needs analysis, audience analysis and tasks analysis. + Contributes to the planning and implementation of trainingand development programs. + Prepares instructional materials including participant guides, presentations.
