Responsibilities of the French Teacher: Deliver high-quality French lessons across all key stages. Plan, prepare, and mark lessons in line with the national curriculum. Work closely with colleagues to support students' overall academic and personal development. Ensure a positive and inclusive learning environment where all students can thrive. Requirements of the French Teacher: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential. A degree in French, Modern Languages, or a related field. Previous experience teaching French at secondary school level is preferred but not essential. Passion for teaching French and a commitment to student success. Strong classroom management skills and the ability to engage students in learning. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues. An understanding of safeguarding andchild protection procedures. An up-to-date CV and an enhanced DBS check (or willingness to apply for one).
