They are looking to recruit a Fleet Service Advisor to support with front of house duties, customer service, and administration. The successful candidate does not need administrative experience or a background in a similar environment, but must demonstrate the willingness and excitement to learn. The successful Fleet Service Advisor will be expected to: * Demonstrate strong customer service skills and personability * Have excellent communication both written&verbal * Hold a full UK driving licence (for work purposes) * Cope well under pressure, prioritising tasks and working proactively The successful Fleet Service Advisor will be rewarded with: * A supportive training regime that will allow you to excel within the role * The opportunity to become a valued member of a friendly, sociable team * Free parking on-site * Work events including Christmas parties Job Description: The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure operational management of their customers fleet repair and maintenance day-to-day. This will include daily management of service schedules, breakdowns, and liaising with scheduling teams to ensure each vehicle’s off road time is kept to a minimum. The ideal candidate will work well in a team and feel confident speaking with mechanics&other customers on a daily basis. This position will suit someone with a calm demeanour and positive attitude. Duties to include but not limited to: * Responsible for the day-to-day operations of vehicle maintenance, service and repair. * Efficient booking of vehicles using their internal CRM systems (1 link and MAM Autoworks), ensuring minimum downtime and operational impact. * Management&interrogation of costs relating to repairs/invoices/applications. * Keeping accurate compliance records and ensuring successful completion of audits. * Maintaining industry accreditations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives under pressure and feels confident in their ability to deliver a high standard of administration and customer service. Full training will be provided for navigating company systems; however, experience with any CRM Software&Microsoft applications such as Outlook, Word,&Excel, would be very beneficial.
