The Role: As a First Line IT Engineer, you’ll be at the forefront of resolving customer issues remotely via phone and email. Your experience in MSPs and customer-focused environments will help you manage ticketing systems, troubleshoot technical problems, and ensure exceptional service delivery. Occasionally, you’ll attend onsite visits (company vehicle provided). What We’re Looking For: * Minimum 1 year of MSP experience is essential. * Strong customer service and communication skills (both verbal andwritten). * Experience working in a Helpdesk environment, diagnosing and resolving IT issues. * A keen interest in IT and developing technologies (e.g., Microsoft 365, Windows 10/11, networking). * Desirable: Basic knowledge of Active Directory, ticketing systems, and networking (training provided). Key Responsibilities: * Diagnose and resolve IT issues remotely, ensuring compliance with SLAs. * Manage and maintain ticketing systems with accurate records. * Provide exceptional communication with customers at technical and non-technical levels.
