A service organisation based in Emersons Green is currently recruiting a Financial Controller to join their team. Duties will include: Management of staff, setting targets, coaching and appraisals Month end analysis and reporting Producing a full set of management accounts Review of working capital requirements for new projects Assisting with pricing strategies in different areas of the business Business partnering with senior operational team Continuous process improvement analysis within the finance team The successful candidate will ideally be qualified and have experience of working in construction/facilities management. Excellent analytical skills and previous experience of managing staff are also essential.
