Conduct variance analysis to identify performance drivers and provide actionable insights. Offer commentary on financial results and trends to support decision-making. Assist in annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting by gathering and analyzing financial data. Monitor budget vs. actual performance and identify areas for improvement. Analyse cost structures to identify cost savings and operational efficiencies. Collaborate with departments (Sales, Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain) to provide financial guidance and support. Perform ad-hoc financial analyses to address business needs. Maintain and improve financial models and reporting tools for enhanced accuracy and efficiency. Ensure financial data accuracy through regular reviews and reconciliations. Identify and implement process improvements to streamline financial reporting and analysis. LET’S TALK ABOUT YOU! To be successful, you will ideally have: Proven experience within Excel A commercially driven mindset with the ability to identify opportunities, provide insights, and contribute to meaningful change within the business. Effective stakeholder management skills, capable of building and maintaining positive relationships across departments, with clear communication and collaboration to support business goals.
