Description
Finance Administrator
Process supplier invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
Manage payment schedules and ensure timely payments to suppliers and stakeholders.
Maintain and update financial records, including accounts payable and receivable.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records
Resolve any billing disputes in a timely and professional manner
Collaborate with other departments to ensure billing accuracy
Assist in monthly and yearly financial statement preparation
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
Participate in process improvement initiatives within the departmentProfile
A successful Finance Administrator should have:
Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail
Strong knowledge of billing procedures and best practices
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
Excellent communication and customer service skills
The ability to work effectively in a team and independentlyJob Offer
An attractive salary package of around£24,000 - 26,000 per annum
