This is an excellent opportunity to join a stable and growing company that supplies high-quality fabrications to the Nuclear, Defence, Sub-sea, and Process sectors. Package&Benefits– Fettler * £14.40 per hour * Day shift – Monday to Thursday, 7:30am to 4:30pm&Friday, 7:30am to 12:30am * Overtime available, paid at 1.5x * Permanent, full-time position * Company pension * Sick pay * Life insurance * Free and on-site parking Key Responsibilities– Fettler * Use hand tools and machinery to grind, deburr, and polish metal components to tight tolerances. * Remove weld spatter from fabricated welds and assemblies. * Ensure all work meets high quality control standards. * Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment. * Collaborate with the team to improve production processes. Requirements – Fettler * Minimum of 3 years' experience in fettling within a heavy fabrication environment. * Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to read and understand technical drawings. * Experience using forklifts and overhead cranes is highly desirable. * Excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to quality and safety. * Able to work independently and as part of a team.
