The role involves performing day-to-day operational tasks, ensuring optimal plant conditions, and maintaining strict compliance and safety standards. The ideal candidate will monitor system parameters via a Building Management System (BMS), carry out plant maintenance, and support broader business needs. Key Responsibilities: * Adhere strictly to Environmental, Health, and Safety Policies. * Monitor process conditions and control plant operations through BMS. * Perform tasks such as sampling, data recording, and plant cleaning. * React proactively to abnormal operating conditions and ensure safety protocols. * Maintain detailed plant logs and suggest improvements. * Collaborate with site technicians for chemical and gas management. * Support maintenance activities using CMMS (Maximo) and assist in installations. * Contribute to Continuous Improvement and Business Improvement Projects (BIT). * Participate as an Emergency Response Team (ERT) member. * Work within cleanroom environments to support technical tasks. Skills&Experience * Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a modern facility, with knowledge of ISO9001/14001 and OHSAS18001 standards. * Key Skills: * Proficient in building management systems. * Ability to disassemble/reassemble mechanical units. * Strong problem-solving and teamwork capabilities. * Ability to maintain high standards under pressure. * Qualifications: City and Guilds in plant process/operation or equivalent experience.
