Stannah has an exciting opportunity for a Facilities Maintenance Coordinator to join the Facilities Department based in Andover.
This job will involve coordinating the maintenance and repair activities across Stannah Properties in Andover and other locations as required.
As the Facilities Maintenance Coordinator, you will work full-time hours. This job is a permanent position.
You will work closely with our engineering team and sub-contractors to ensure that all tasks are scheduled and completed to the highest standard. This role will involve a mixture of office-based work and practical onsite work.
To be successful as the Facilities Maintenance Coordinator, it is essential that you have experience working to health and safety regulations and are confident using IT systems. Previous experience within a practical facilities job would be an advantage.

Facilities Maintenance Coordinator Responsibilities:
Arrange and schedule contractor visits for servicing and repairs, including requesting and reviewing RAMS (Risk Assessments and Method Statements).
Monitor contractors on-site and ensure necessary access equipment is available.
Maintain and update the asset register with service certificates, dates, pictures, and new items as needed.
Organize and oversee periodic checks and
Assist the team with job requirements, permits (e.g., working at height), equipment needs, and hands-on support when necessary.
Conduct regular property checks, COSHH reviews, HAVS testing, and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
Raise purchase orders for the team and ensure job-related needs are met.
Facilities Maintenance Coordinator Requirements:
Confidence in learning and using a variety of IT systems.
Experience working to health and safety regulations.
Proven ability to manage contractors for maintenance and repairs.
Full UK driving license.
