Chase Taylor Recruitment are currently recruiting for an experienced Façade Site Manager for a large UK windows, doors and facades manufacturer. Our client is a highly successful windows, doors and facades manufacturer with three state of the art showrooms. They work with customers and clients to design, manufacture and install a wide range of fenestration products. This would be an excellent opportunity for an experienced façade site manager to work for a successful and reputable company. This role is a 12 month fix term contract with a 40 hour week commencing May 2024. The role: * Manage all Sub-contract labour and any other resources required for the effective running of the site. * Manage on site contractual obligations and enforce and monitor KPI’s for all personnel on site within the installation process. * Manage and arrange all relevant paperwork for the project, including enforcing work programmes with sub-contractors, installation RAMS,inspections at all stages of the project for onward submission to the client. * Communicate and update project management and customers throughout the installation process until handover, completion * Maintain excellent customer service at all times * Make sure all health and safety are beingadhered to * Monitor and snag the works daily * Resolve, with the project manager if required, any on site issues as they arise to ensure quick resolution The candidate: * Have current/recent experience working as a Façade Site Manager * Must have SMSTS/SSSTS * Strong organisational and interpersonal skills * Self-motivated with the ability to work unsupervised and part of a team * Strong Management skills with excellent communication and influencing skills * A positive can – do attitude * Able to read and interpret construction drawings * Have good product knowledge andcurrent building regulations knowledge If you are an experienced Façade Site Manager and you would like to find out more about this role, please click ‘apply’ or contact Martyn at Chase Taylor Recruitment and quote reference number
