Key Responsibilities: Perform routine maintenance and repairs on building fabric and structures. Diagnose and troubleshoot issues related to building fabric. Ensure compliance with health and safety standards. Conduct inspections and preventative maintenance. Collaborate with the FM team to provide excellent service. Requirements: Proven experience as a Fabric Engineer, preferably in the FM sector. Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills. Up-to-date knowledge of health and safety regulations.
