Job Description
Recovery Coordinator
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced, qualified candidate to join the team in one of our client's children's residential homes. This rapidly expanding organisation offers a competitive salary, benefits including a bespoke training package, and generous remuneration for sleep-in shifts. The client specialises in supporting children and young people who have experienced early life trauma, neglect, or abuse and may display challenging behaviours.

Main Duties:
* Lead the team to deliver high-quality care to young people
* Safely manage all risks in line with company policies and procedures
* Communicate effectively with the team regarding daily plans
* Review young people's care plans and other associated documentation
* Undertake an in-depth quality and bespoke training package
* Attend/chair staff meetings and proactively develop and improve the service model
Job Requirements:
* Provide positive parenting
* Have exceptional communication skills
* Have a sound working knowledge of current legislation, e.g., Children's Homes Regulations 2015 (including quality standards)
Essential Requirements:
* Full manual driving licence
* Fully flexible with the ability to work unsociable shift patterns
* Level 3 Diploma for Residential Childcare or equivalent
* Desire to develop into a Registered Children's Home Manager
