It’s what delivering great healthcare should feel like.   What you will be doing As a Clinical Nurse Specialist, you will have demonstrable RNLD post registration experience and be able to demonstrate post registration study and development. You will also design and deliver supervision and training to junior members of the nursing team and students. No two days are the same, with plenty to keep you engaged and motivated, but also a good amount of routine. Previous experience in a securesetting and rehabilitation would be highly desirable. The unit is one of NHS England’s pilot sites to test new approaches to delivering mental health care and works alongside local NHS trusts and private care providers in the South West. Wellesley Hospital is conveniently located near Wellington, close to the M5 and commutable from Taunton, Exeter, Yeovil and surrounding areas.
