Job Overview: As an Exam Invigilator, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a fair and secure examination environment for students. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that all exam protocols are followed, facilitating a smooth and efficient examination process. Key Responsibilities: Arrive at the exam venue on time and set up the examination room as per guidelines. Distribute exam papers and materials to students. Supervise students throughout the exam, ensuring compliance with examination regulations. Monitor the examination environment for any irregularities or misconduct. Provide support to students as needed, while maintaining a neutral and professional demeanor. Collect and securely store completed exam papers at the end of the session. Report any issues or incidents to the appropriate school personnel. Requirements: Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions meticulously. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A professional and approachable demeanor. Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
