A confident and "go getting" construction Estimator is now needed to join a High-End Fit Out organisation in East Hampshire. Based in Petersfield, the Estimator will tender high end quality fit outs and refurbishments, within the Residential and Commercial worlds. The Estimator Role The successful Estimator will immediately be working with the Pre-Construction team, supporting on projects ranging between£500K - £5M, consisting mainly of existing buildings requiring a full refurb into the modern world. The Estimator will need to show evidence they can accurately produce tenders, pitch and present. Due to the end clients demanding high spec and high standards, the Estimator should have a strong eye for detail.
