Estimator Metal Roofing&Cladding Location - Wallingford Salary -£55,000 to £75,000 DOE, Plus Package Full-Time, Permanent Position As an Estimator, you will be responsible for preparing accurate estimates and tenders for Metal Roofing and Cladding projects. Main Responsibilities: • To prepare accurate estimates and tenders for construction projects. • To work closely with the Sales Team to understand project requirements and specifications. • To provide expert advice on roofing and cladding systems to clients. • To develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. • To stay up-to-date with industry developments and changes in legislation. Requirements: • Experience in a similar role. • Proven track record of producing accurate estimates and tenders. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. • Knowledge of building envelope, roofing, and facades.
