We are in search of an ER Specialist who will be responsible for managing and resolving various employment relations issues within a Human Resources department in the Energy&Natural Resources industry. Description Equip line managers to handle ER issues effectively, fostering positive employee relationships and minimizing conflicts. Coach managers to apply HR policies consistently, resolving issues informally before escalation. Oversee TUPE and M&A processes, ensuring compliance and smooth transitions. Strengthen union partnerships, supporting negotiations and proactive engagement. Assist managers in handling trade disputes, minimizing service disruption. Monitor and reduce absence levels in designated contract areas. Analyze ER trends using KPIs and data tools to drive proactive solutions. Collaborate across HR teams and Business Units to share knowledge and enhance people strategies. Support HR and ER projects, contributing to broader strategic initiatives.
