Your engine overhaul key responsibilities will include: * Responsible for the maintenance of engines, including basic fault finding and troubleshooting. * Performing large engine overhauls, including head removal, engine rebuild, replacing crank and camshafts * Perform repairs, replacements, and adjustments on diesel engine components, including cylinder heads, pistons, connecting rods, bearings, gaskets, and seals. * Installing and refitting engine components You will possess the following: * Exceptional mechanical engineering skills * Prior experience performing overhaul, rebuild, and major maintenance tasks on large diesel, gas, or marine engines * Basic electrical troubleshooting skills would be an added bonus * Ideally, qualified at Apprenticeship, City, and Guilds level * Be able to work independently and be trustworthy, with a great sense of humour!
