Electrical Project Manager - Building Services This is a fantastic opportunity for an Electrical Project Manager to join a long established and highly-respected Mechanical and Electrical Building Services contractor based in Canary Wharf. Working across multiple sectors including commercial, office fit out, banks, education, healthcare, retail and leisure, with typical project values ranging from£200k up to £5m, the company are a leading M&E Building Services contractor who provide a full range of Mechanical and Electrical services, from design through to installation and commissioning, and as a result of continued growth they are looking to recruit an experienced Electrical Project Manager. Duties&Responsibilities: * Reporting into the Electrical Director, you will lead and manage electrical services projects, ensuring adherence to project specifications and timelines. * Coordinate with engineers, sub-contractors/suppliers, and clients to facilitate effective communication throughout the project lifecycle. * Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets while monitoring progress against these benchmarks. * Conduct regular site visits to assess project status, troubleshoot issues, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. * Manage procurement processes for materials and equipment necessary for project execution. * Ensure all documentation is maintained accurately throughout the project duration. Electrical Project Manager - Desirable Experience, Skills and Qualifications: * Experienced Electrical Project Manager or similar role, i.e. Electrical Contracts Manager * Experience in successfully managing and delivering electrical fit out projects from inception through to completion * Excellent leadership and communication skills * CSCS/SMSTS * Electrical Relevant Qualifications Salary and Benefits Package for the position of Electrical Project Manager include: * Base salary:£70,000 - £80,000 depending on experience * Travel allowance * Bonus Scheme * Private Healthcare and Dental Care * Life Insurance * Pension options * Company events * Phone and Laptop * Training and Development opportunities * The company also provide a very enjoyable, supportive, and rewarding working environment, as well as genuine career progression opportunities.
