Due to natural expansion, they have a requirement for an additional SITE MANAGER to join their operations team on a permanent basis. Due to the fast-paced nature of the business, you should be an energetic and driven Site Manager with demonstrable experience in a similar capacity for another leading housebuilder. Your New Role: You will become a key member of the management team, delivering a new build housing development in Edinburgh. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: * Plan and organise labour on site, including Sub Contractors. * Experience of working to the highest NHBC standard. * Ensure all resources are used efficiently on site. * Keeping site records and registers up to date. * Keep records and maintain electronic filing system. * Ensure the site is a safe and tidy place to work and visit. * Quality Control. * Authorising timesheets for trades and labour. * Maintaining high levels of safety standards on site. Key Criteria: * CSCS, SMSTS&First Aid tickets. * Demonstrable experience as a Site Manager with another leading housebuilder. * Proven experience of meeting deadlines and keeping costing guidelines. * Applicants must live within commuting distance of Edinburgh to be considered.
