Our ever growing Legal client is looking to recruit an enthusiastic and friendly Facilities Assistant, on a part time basis within their Edinburgh office. This role will require you to work 20 hours a week, 7.30am to 11.30am, Monday to Friday. What you’ll do * Assist with conference room set ups * Storage, replenishment and distribution of supplies * Maintenance of office furniture, replacing light bulbs, organising repairs of dishwasher, coffee machines etc * Helping with internal office moves * Assist within the Print/Mailroom when required, making sure they are well stocked and remain tidy What you’ll need * An ability to work well under pressure * Creative approach to problem solving * A friendly and positive attitude, and an ability to work alongside colleagues from all sections of the business What you’ll receive * A beautiful and secure environment to work in * Competitive salary What’s next?
