Employment Solicitor (3 years PQE)  Job Type: Full-time Location: Edinburgh Salary: Competitive, with an attractive remuneration and holiday package A highly respected and forward-thinking law firm in Edinburgh are currently looking for an experienced Employment Solicitor to join their successfully ranked team!  Day-to-day of the role: Provide legal advice on employment aspects of various transactions, including corporate and outsourcing projects. Address daily employment-related inquiries, managing disciplinary and grievance issues. Oversee collective matters such as redundancies and integration.  Offer guidance on trade union matters and represent clients in tribunal litigation. Independently manage a diverse caseload while also assisting with complex cases, supported by a collaborative team. Ensure high-quality client service in both contentious and non-contentious matters, dealing with employers and employees alike. Engage with clients directly and remotely, attending tribunals and courts as necessary. Participate in business development initiatives and maintain compliance with Anti-Money Laundering regulations. Required Skills& Qualifications: Minimum of three years’ post-qualification experience in employment law. Demonstrated ability to effectively advise and represent clients in employment tribunals. Skilled in identifying critical issues and performing thorough legal merits assessments. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability towork autonomously and as part of a team. Strong organisational skills, capable of prioritising and multitasking efficiently. Meticulous attention to detail, especially when handling numerical data. Confident in making decisive, well-judged decisions. Proficient in MS Office, particularly Word, and ideally experienced with case management systems.
