Description Provide executive assistance to the senior management team Coordinate project activities across various departments Maintain and manage schedules, appointments and travel arrangements Take minutes in meetings Assist with various projects across the organisation Coordinate internal communication and manage information flow Plan and coordinate company events Handle confidential documents and act as the point of contact between executives and employees/clients. Handle HR tasks such as employment contracts, recruitment&onboarding new starters. Profile The successful candidate: Previous EA experience is essential Excellent organisational and project management skills Previous experience handling HR tasks would be advantageous Somebody who can take initiative, multitask and can handle a high workload.
