In this fully remote role, you will be responsible for designing and enhancing training content to make it more visually appealing, easier to understand and more engaging for learners. Your work will directly impact the learning journey of attendees, helping them absorb information more effectively through thoughtfully designed materials and experiences. Key Responsibilities: * Content Visualisation: Transform training materials into visually compelling and engaging formats. Including digital presentations, infographics and interactive visuals. * eLearning Development: Design and develop online learning modules and digital resources that create an exciting and user-friendlyexperience. * Creative Design: Bring a fresh, creative perspective to all training content, ensuring it is clear, professional, and visually appealing. * Collaboration: Work closely with subject matter experts, trainers and stakeholders to understand training objectives and align content design with those goals. * Learning Visualisations: Develop diagrams, flowcharts and other visual aids to simplify complex concepts and make learning more intuitive.
