Has previous experience as a Deputy Manager or Senior Nurse, with expertise in advanced dementia care. Is an effective communicator, passionate about delivering quality care, and committed to team collaboration. Take charge of the home’s management duties when the Home Manager is unavailable. Collaborate with the Clinical Lead to monitor and uphold care standards through audits and compliance checks. Set and maintain high standards, ensuring the home achieves its goal of delivering outstanding care.
