Responsibilities: You will be accountable for all customer service activities to maintain and expand our business. Ensuring customers receive exceptional service, increasing our sales invoice values, and boosting the team's overall productivity and morale.You'll be responsible for customer care, adherence to ISO procedures, accurate sales order processing, handling customer complaints effectively, and much more. Additionally, you’ll manage and motivate a team of 5-6 Customer Service professionals, ensuring they are well-trained and productive.Skills: Extensive and current knowledge of the UK construction industry. Proven experience in leading and managing teams with excellent people management skills. Demonstrated ability in effective sales negotiation and building strong customer relationships.
