Customer Service Agent Full time permanent role - office based Mon-Fri 0900-1700 Role based in Haywards Heath Salary£23400 per annum plus very good all round company benefits and opportunities to progress within the company. The role - Customer Service Agent You will be responsible for providing a high quality customer service to clients and will handle inbound and outbound customer contact, answering questions and resolving queries. You will also process orders via all contact methods. The role is based within a client focused hub which handles customer contacts via email, live chat, and social channels. Duties will include: Work between customer service voice calls and email contact as necessary. Processing payment types in line with the clients financial contract Accurately processes customer orders within agreed service levels. Meeting defined productivity and qualitystandards.
