As a key member of the team, you'll manage a small team (1-2 people), oversee lifecycle and BAU campaigns, and deliver results that make a real impact. Why You? You're a data-driven storyteller with experience delivering targeted campaigns across CRM platforms. You understand customer journeys, thrive on collaboration, and have a passion for bringing brands to life. Familiarity with platforms like Klaviyo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Dotdigital, HubSpot, or Mailchimp is highly desirable. What You'll Bring: Proven experience in CRM or email marketing (e-commerce or fashion industry preferred). Ability to craft engaging, automated lifecycle campaigns across email, SMS, and direct mail. A strong analytical mindset to optimise performance and make data-driven decisions. Exceptional organisational skills to deliver projects on time, every time.
