About the Role: As a SEND Teaching Assistant, you will: * Provide tailored support to students, helping them reach their full potential. * Work closely with the class teacher to deliver engaging and accessible learning activities. * Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment. * Support the emotional and social development of pupils, enuring their needs are met. What you will need: To succeed in this role you will need: * An Enhanced DBS Check (or be willing to complete one) * Previous relevant experience, with a strong focus on supporting children with SEND. * Patience, empathy, and excellent communication skills. * A proactive and flexible approach to meeting individual needs.
