Key responsibilities as a SEND TA: Support teaching and learning in primary school pupils with SEND needs. Support classroom tasks Assist other teaching staff on external visits Have a good understanding of Mathematics and English Have a passion for safeguarding Promoting positive behaviour Requirements of a SEND TA: Have experience within a primary setting. Be flexible, proactive and patient. Be able to communicate effectively within a team. Be open to providing personal care. Driving Licence is preferred.
