Work with nursing teams, providing training, support, and guidance to promote best practices. Lead the clinical compliance, ensuring all practices meet CQC and MCA standards. The Complex Lead Nurse will also support nurses in their revalidation, skill development, and overall growth. Complex Lead Nurse Requirements: The Complex Lead Nursemust be RGN/RMN with active NMC registration. Minimum of 2 years in a clinical role, specifically with complex neurological care.
