Job Title: CMM Programmer Shift: 39 hours per week Monday– Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm Rate: Between £17 - £20 per hour Other: Holidays 25 days plus bank holidays The ideal candidate: * Ability to read technical drawings and * To perform CMM Inspection using Mitutoyo software on the CMM Machine.(mitutoyo experience is NOT essential, a form of programming experienece is) * Working with various materials * Operating and programming CMM equipment and the ability to manually measure parts using conventional equipment - verniers, micrometres, gauges, callipers etc. * Documenting quality issues and reporting non-conformances. * Generating CMM Programs to measure components in CNC mode. * Compiling detailed inspection reports. * Complying with standards of safety, company policy that apply to the product. * knowledge of FAIRS. * Adhering to health and safety standards as set out by the company.
