Key Responsibilities: Engaging with customers over the phone to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions. Maintaining a high level of energy to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales. Utilising your IT skills to navigate our client's CRM system and accurately update customer information. Collaborating with the wider team to share insights and best practises, ensuring the achievement of team targets.What's in it for you: Competitive salary with a basic of c£25,000 and a realistic OTE of £50,000 per annum.
