Key Responsibilities: •⁠ Prepare and cook a variety of traditional Caribbean dishes, including jerk chicken, curry goat, rice and peas, and more. •⁠ Ensure all food is prepared to high standards of taste, presentation, and safety. •⁠ Manage kitchen operations, including food preparation, portion control, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. •⁠ Monitor stock levels and place orders for ingredients as needed. •⁠ Adhere to health and safety regulations, ensuring the kitchen is compliant with food hygiene standards. •⁠ Assist with menu development and contribute creative input for seasonal or special items. •⁠ Support the front-of-house team during busy periods when needed.
