As a Charge Nurse RMN/RNLD, you will:
Lead and role model for the nursing team.

Commit to delivering high-quality care and developing decision-making skills.

The ideal Charge Nurse RMN/RNLD will:
Be a Registered Learning Disability Nurse (RNLD) or Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) with an active NMC PIN
