Weekly pay, FRIDAY PAYDAY!  We are looking for Complex Support Workers or experienced Care Assistants to provide outstanding support and care to children and young adults with various complex needs within their own homes in Carlisle and surrounding areas.  This role includes supporting individuals with a range of needs including: Autism, Challenging Behaviours and Learning Difficulties support. Clinical Intervention.  Peg feeds, Tracheostomy care, Clinical suction.  Positive behavioural support.  Social interaction and educational enrichment. Mental health support. Social interaction and educational enrichment. Personal care and toileting. Working with Alcedo Care’s Homecare team gives you: Excellent rates of pay from  14.75– 15.25 per hour for complex rates. Weekly pay, every Friday.  Pension Holiday Pay Mileage 0.30p for vehicle drivers. Full PPE provided.  Referral bonuses for you and any friends you refer to us, that we employ.
