Caretaker Role Overview: Work in teams of two to maintaincleanliness and safetyacross multiple housing blocks. Carry outminor maintenance and cleaning duties. Drive the company vehicle–a full UK driving licence is required. Caretaker Key Responsibilities: Cleaning& Housekeeping: Sweep, mop, and vacuumstairs, landings, and communal areas. Wipe downhandrails, banisters, and surfaces. Empty bins and replace liners. Cleanwindows, glass surfaces, and vents. Spot clean walls and remove scuff marks. Maintenance& Upkeep: Check and reportmaintenance issues(e.g., broken lights, loose handrails). Replace bulbsand carry out minor fixes. Deep clean stair treads, skirting boards, and high-touch points. Remove clutter, bag and dispose of rubbish, and managebulky waste. Outdoor Cleaning& General Duties: Maintain the cleanliness ofshared outdoor spaces. Litter picking, jet washing, and general upkeep.
