Job Title: Caretaker Location: Bridgend Contract: Temporary for 6 weeks (summer holidays) Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week Hourly Rate:£11.44 - £12 Manpower is seeking a dedicated caretaker for a public sector client. You'll ensure smooth operation and maintenance of facilities which includes internal painting. Main Duties: Perform key holder duties Painting Ensure premises cleanliness Assist with minor repairs and basic maintenance Undertake grounds maintenance tasks Monitor stock levels and order supplies as needed. Essential Knowledge and Skills: Previous experience in caretaking or as a handyperson and painting/decorating Basic maintenance skills. Knowledge of health and safety requirements. Familiarity with moving and handling procedures. DBS check and satisfactory references required.
