A teaching licence or certification from a recognised authority (e.g., QTS in the UK, Teaching License in the US, TRB in Australia). Proven experience in teaching Design Technology, preferably within an all-through education setting. IB, Cambridge, or other curriculum-specific certifications is preferred. At least 1-3 years of teaching experience is required. Proficiency in lesson planning, classroom management, and assessment methods. Ability to incorporate technology and 21st-century learning strategies.
