A leading manufacturing business are currently looking for a Calibration and Maintenance Electronics Engineer to join their growing team. This is a full-time permanent position with flexible hours; in the manufacturing plant. Key responsibilities will include: * Service and maintain electrical/electronic test equipment, including Special to Type Test Equipment (STTE). * Support manufacturing across product assembly, integration, and test stages. * Perform routine calibrations, commissioning, drift analysis, fault finding, and repairs. * Collaborate with engineers and support functions to resolve technical tasks. * Work with complex test platforms for missile system manufacturing and testing. * Calibrate and support factory test equipment (DC to Microwave). * Participate in annual reviews for development planning. * Contribute to teamwork, knowledge sharing, and workload management. The Successful candidate will have: * Minimum qualification: HNC/HND in Electrical&Electronics Engineering. * Experience and knowledge in the calibration of test equipment and maintenance of test systems to component level. * Able to utilise instructions, handbooks, drawings or specifications to provide technical advice/guidance. Able to use this information to conduct appropriate measurements and repairs down to component level. * Good understanding of calibration principles and processes. * Able to mentor other or more junior staff when requested by line manager. * Able to deal with multiple issues, tasks and priorities concurrently. * Analytical and problem solving skills. * Good communication skills with the ability to tailor communication to the relevant audience. * A good understanding of SAP would be desirable. * Experience of working on Environmental Chambers an advantage.
