As we continue to expand, we are seeking a talented and experienced Buyer to join our dynamic procurement team and contribute to our mission of transforming the construction industry. Role and Responsibilities: As a Buyer at Reds10, you will play a key role in our supply chain management, ensuring that materials and services are procured efficiently and cost-effectively. Your key responsibilities will include: * Procurement Management: As a buyer at Reds10 you will source and purchase materials, equipment, and services required for modular construction projects, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness. * Supplier Relations: You will also build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and subcontractors, negotiating favourable terms and conditions. * Inventory Control: As a buyer you will monitor inventory levels and manage stock to prevent shortages or overstock situations, ensuring timely delivery of materials to project sites. * Cost Analysis: Conducting cost analysis and market research to identify potential savings and ensure competitive pricing is another role you will have as a Buyer at Reds10. * Contract Management: You will prepare and manage purchase orders, contracts, and agreements, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations. * Collaboration: Lastly you will also work closely with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and ensure timely procurement of materials. Qualifications: * Proven Experience in a similar role * CIPS Accredited or working towards * Understanding of Modular Building/Construction * Can-do attitude in a fast paced industry * Knowledge of sourcing and procurement techniques as well as dexterity in reading the market.
