Problem Solving& Innovation : Investigate anomalies, improve processes, and make a real difference with proactive thinking. Relationship Building : Engage with a broad network of clients, internal teams, and field professionals to create meaningful, lasting connections. What you'll do: Manage customer service interactions for credit line customers, from settlements to account queries. Prepare and manage documentation for credit lines, working closely with underwriting to manage liabilities. Coordinate payments, invoicing, and reconciliations with a strong eye for detail. Support dealers, brokers, and the field team by resolving queries and providing expert guidance. Collaborate with stakeholders to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency. The experience we're looking for: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel (intermediate or above). Experience in administration or operations within a fast-paced, process-driven environment. A logical thinker with excellent time management, communication, and problem-solving skills. Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and a true team player who thrives on adaptability. A background in finance or credit control is advantageous, but a proactive attitude and drive to learn are key!
